成人肺结核患者营养素需求的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence of nutritional needs in adult patients with tuberculosis

目的评价和总结住院成人肺结核患者营养素需求的最佳证据,为住院肺结核患者临床营养护理提供参考。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、中国知网、维普等数据库;美国指南网、英国国家临床医学研究所、苏格兰校际指南网、国际指南协作网、新西兰临床实践指南网、欧洲肠内肠外营养学会网、美国肠内肠外营养学会网、美国营养师学会网、中国肠内肠外营养学会网、中国营养师网中有关肺结核患者的营养素需求的所有证据,包括指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价及原始研究。结果共纳入8篇文献,其中2篇指南、4篇系统评价、1篇病例对照研究和1篇随机对照试验,最终总结9条最佳证据。结论建议对接触的肺结核患者提供疾病特异性营养素需求的健康指导,以规范临床护理健康教育行为,从而提高肺结核患者营养管理质量。

Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of nutritional requirements of adult patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in order to provide reference for clinical nutritional care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The databases,such as Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,CINAHL,Chinese biomedical literature database,Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,were searched by computer.American guide network,national institute of clinical medicine,Scottish inter school guide network,international guide collaboration network,New Zealand clinical practice guide network,European society of enteral and parenteral nutrition network,American enteral and parenteral nutrition network.All the evidences related to the nutritional needs of tuberculosis patients,including guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summary,systematic evaluation and original research,in the society of society,the American dietician society,the Chinese society of enteral and parenteral nutrition,and the Chinese dietician network.Results 8 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,4 systematic evaluations,1 case-control study and 1 randomized controlled trial,and 9 best evidences were summarized.Conclusion It is suggested to provide health guidance of disease-specific nutrients for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis so as to standardize the health education behavior of clinical nursing and improve the quality of nutrition management.
