我国高职院校学生工匠精神形成机制研究 被引量:14

摘要 为积极应对第四次科技革命带来的机遇与挑战,高职院校承担着为社会培养具备工匠精神的高素质技术技能型人才的历史使命。以十六位高职院校学生代表为访谈对象,运用扎根理论进行资料分析编码,结果表明,高职院校学生工匠精神是内部形成机制、外部形成机制和内外耦合形成机制共同作用的结果,这对于高职院校工匠精神培养实践提供了启示:以立德树人作为价值引领,加强对学生内部思维结构积极引导;以工匠文化建设特色校园,营造健康良好的工匠精神培育氛围;以校企合作提升职业素养,为个体内外联结行为提供实践平台。 In order to actively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought about by the fourth scientific and technological revolution, higher vocational colleges undertake the historical mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmanship for the society. Taking 16 students from higher vocational colleges as interviewees, using rooted theory to analyze and encode data, the results show that the formation of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges is formed by internal formation mechanism, external formation mechanism and internal and external coupling formation mechanism. As a result, this provides a path for the training practice of higher vocational colleges: As a value guide, moral education strengthens the active guidance of students’ internal thinking structure, builds a characteristic campus with artisan culture, creates a healthy and good craftsman spirit to cultivate the atmosphere, promotes professional accomplishment through school-enterprise cooperation, and provides a practical platform for individual internal and external connection behavior.
