摘要
操作航空物探遥感仪器的空勤人员疲劳问题是直接关系到航空物探遥感仪器操作和执行飞行任务航空器安全的重要问题之一。通过对航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳影响因子的分析,构建了航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳风险评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对各个指标进行基础判断,根据权重计算方法中的权的最小平方法和熵权法进行计算,得出权重系数,分析出影响航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳的主要因素。计算结果表明:心理健康、设备稳定性、飞行条件、维修负荷等是影响航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳的主要因素,通过专家访谈法对心理专家进行访谈,根据生活环境和工作环境情景模型推演,从而得出导致主要因素造成的原因。
Problem of fatigue of aircrew personnel for aerial geophysical and remote sensing during operation is an important safety issue.For the first time,an index system of fatigue risk evaluation and made a basic judgment of each indicators via questionnaire investigation and expert interview was developed,in which the rights of the least-square and entropy weight methods were established,the weight coefficient calculated,and the main influencing factors were specialized.The results show that the mental health,equipment stability,flight condition,and maintenance load were the main safety issues.In addition,based on the interview to psychological experts,an ideal scene model of the living and working environment was built.It is believed that this study will offer a solution to the fatigue problem to ensure safe operation for aerial geophysical and remote sensing crews.
