水针位点注射联合康复训练对ASD患儿的疗效研究

Study on the effect of acupuncture injection combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training for autism spectrum disorders

目的探讨水针位点注射联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年4月该院就诊的60例ASD患儿作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用水针位点注射联合综合康复训练,对照组仅采取康复训练。分别于治疗后1、2、3个月对其进行评估,分析治疗前后各阶段两组患儿行为检查量表(ABC)评分及儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分改变状况,比较两组在不同阶段各评价因子及总体疗效情况。结果治疗前两组ABC、CARS各项得分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着治疗后时间的延长,两组ABC、CARS部分项得分及总分逐渐下降,但下降程度不同。治疗3个月后,观察组ABC中感觉、交往、语言、自理能力得分及总分低于对照组,CARS中对环境变化的适应、视觉反应、听觉反应、近远处觉反应、智力功能、总的印象得分及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水针位点注射联合康复训练对ASD患儿治疗疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture injection combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed with ASD were divided into the experiment group and the control group.The experiment group received acupuncture injection combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the control group only received comprehensive rehabilitation training.The treatment effect was assessed by autism behavior checklist(ABC)scale and childhood autism rating scale(CARS).Results There were no significant differences in ABC and CARS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).With the extension of the treatment time,every score and total score of ABC and CARS items in the two groups gradually decreased,but the degree of decline was different.After 3 months of treatment,sensory,communication,language,and self-care scores and ABC total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while adaptation to environmental changes,visual response,auditory response,near and far response,intellectual function,total impression scores and CARS total score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture injection combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training has obvious effect on children with ASD.
