青年与老年血液透析患者自我管理及治疗依从性的比较分析

Comparative study on self-management and medical treatment adherence of young and elder patients with haemodialysis

目的探讨青年与老年血液透析(HD)患者自我管理能力与治疗依从性现状,并分析其差异。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、HD患者自我管理行为量表、终末期肾脏病维持性HD患者治疗依从性量表,对121例青年HD患者和125例老年HD患者进行研究。结果青年HD患者自我管理能力总得分高于老年HD患者[(53.06±3.27)分vs.(44.87±8.61)分],而青年HD患者治疗依从性总分低于老年HD患者[(67.83±12.16)分vs.(80.69±11.73)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应根据患者自我管理能力与治疗依从性的不同采取相应的健康教育与管理方案。

Objective To investigate the current status of self-management and medical treatment adherence between young and elder with haemodialysis(HD).Methods A total of 121 young HD patients and 125 elder HD patients were recruited and investigated with general questionnaire,self-management scale for HD,medical treatment adherence scale for the end-stage renal disease clients with maintenance HD.Results The total score of self-management of young HD patients was higher than that of elder HD patients[(53.06±3.27)points vs.(44.87±8.61)points],the total score of compliance of young HD patients was lower than that of elder HD patients[(67.83±12.16)points vs.(80.69±11.73)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Corresponding health education and management programs should be adopted according to the differences in patients′self-management capabilities and treatment compliance.
