高海拔地区男性居住者注意网络的民族差异

Ethnic differences of male residents'attention network in high altitude areas

摘要 目的探讨高海拔地区男性居住者注意网络的民族差异。方法采用注意网络测试对73名世居于西藏地区的男性居住者(37名汉族和36名藏族)进行评价,并记录其反应时间和正确率。结果西藏地区汉族男性居住者警觉和定向效率均显著大于藏族男性居住者(均P<0.05),反应时间显著短于藏族男性居住者(P<0.01),但二者执行控制效率和正确率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论西藏地区汉族和藏族男性居住者在警觉、定向、反应时间方面均存在显著差异,这可能与高海拔和低氧环境适应有关。 Objective To study the ethnic differences of male the attention network of male residents in high altitude areas.Method The attention network test was used to evaluate 73 male residents in Tibet(37 Han and 36 Tibetan),and their reaction time and correct rate were recorded.Result The vigilance and orientation efficiency of Han male residents were significantly higher than those of Tibetan male residents(all P<0.05),and the reaction time was significantly shorter than that of Tibetan male residents(P<0.01),however,there was no significant difference in executive control efficiency and accuracy between them(all P>0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in alertness,orientation and reaction time between Han and Tibetan male residents in Tibet,which may be related to the adaptation of high altitude and hypoxia environment.
