广场舞训练对老年乳腺癌患者睡眠、疲乏和生活质量的影响

Effects of Square Dance Exercise on Sleep,Fatigue and Quality of Life in Older Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨广场舞训练对老年乳腺癌患者睡眠、疲乏和生活质量的影响。方法将2017年6月~12月间吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的完成术后放疗的老年乳腺癌患者101例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(50例)和对照组(51例)。对照组接受常规健康咨询和随访,研究组在此基础上每天接受1 h的广场舞训练。在放疗结束时、放疗后6个月,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价睡眠质量,采用Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评价疲劳状况,采用生活质量核心调查表(QLQ-c 30)评价生活质量。结果放疗后6个月,研究组的PSQI、PFS-R和QLQ-c30优于放疗结束时和对照组(P<0.05);对照组PFS-R优于放疗结束时(P <0.05)。研究组的PSQI、PFS-R和QLQ-c30在放疗结束时、放疗后6个月评分差值大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论广场舞训练可以有效改善老年乳腺癌患者睡眠质量,缓解疲乏,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of square dance exercise on sleep,fatigue and quality of life in older patients with breast cancer.Methods From June 2017 to December 2017,101 older patients with breast cancer received radiotherapy were randomly divided into study group(50 cases) and control group(51 cases).Two groups were given routine healthy education and follow up,while the study group additionally received square dance exercise 1 h every day.The scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),revised piper fatigue scale(PFS-R) and quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-c30) were accessed at the end and six months after radiotherapy.Results The scores of PSQI,PFS-R and QLQ-c30 in the study group at six months after radiotherapy were significantly better than those at the end of radiotherapy and in the control group(P <0.05).The score of PFS-R in the control group at six months after radiotherapy was significantly better than that at the end of radiotherapy(P <0.05).The score differences of PSQI,PFS-R and QLQ-c30 between the end and six months after radiotherapy in the study group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Square dance exercise can significantly improve the sleep quality,fatigue status and quality of life in older patients with breast cancer.
