免疫细胞参与类风湿关节炎发病的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是我国最常见的自身免疫性疾病,以慢性、进行性、侵蚀性为特点,主要表现为滑膜炎,但其病因及发病机制尚不清楚。近年来随着对类风湿关节炎研究的深入,虽然其发病机制仍未明确,但对于免疫细胞的研究已有较大的进展。本文将对类风湿关节炎发病机制的研究进展做一简要阐述,重点探讨免疫细胞参与其发病的研究进展。 Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic,progressive and aggressive autoimmune disease,which is characterized mainly as synovitis.But the etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.It is found that immune cells are related to the development of rheumatoid arthritis.In this paper,we make a brief overview of progress of immune cells involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
