摘要
文章以某商用车座椅固定结构为研究对象,以满足座椅安全带固定点强度为目标,运用集成式设计方法进行结构轻量化。有限元模型分析结果表明,轻量化后的地板结构满足强度要求,并使白车身重量降低4.4kg,减重11.1%,轻量化效果显著。
In this paper, the seat fixed structure of a commercial vehicle is taken as the research object, and the integrated design method is used to lighten the structure in order to meet the strength of the fixed point of the seat belt. The results of finite element model analysis show that the lightweight floor structure meets the strength requirements and reduces the weight of the mortar body by 4.4 kg, the weight loss is 11.1%, and the lightweight effect is remarkable.
