基于发动机再制造培养学生工程实践能力

摘要 工程实践能力培养是工程教育的主要任务,也是衡量工程教育质量的重要标准。在再制造工程能力分析的基础上,构建了包含发动机再制造核心工程能力的典型生产实习项目和教学实施方案。教学实践表明,以真实工业产品生产进行情景式实践教学,培养了学生的产品设计能力、工艺编制能力、零件加工能力、产品装配与性能测试能力,实现了真实环境下学生工程实践能力培养的新途径。 The cultivation of engineering practice ability is the main task of Engineering education, and it is also an impor-tant standard to measure the quality of Engineering education. The core engineering capability of engine remanufacturing is analysised. Typical production practice projects and teaching implementation schemes including core engineering capability of engine remanufacturing are constructed. The teaching practice shows that the situational practice teaching based on real industrial product production has trained students’ product design ability, process planning ability, parts processing ability, product assembly and performance testing ability, and has realized a new way to cultivate students’ engineering practice ability in the real environment.
