摘要
虽然我国已经建成世界上最大规模的高等教育体系,但是高等教育结构性矛盾却日益突出,其中表现最为明显的是人才培养规格与质量水平同经济结构调整和产业升级不相适应。为此,引导地方普通本科院校转型发展成为必然趋势。在引领地方普通本科院校转型发展中,建设应用型特色课程是关键,这既有教育政策精神的指引,又受益于杜威“实用主义”、布鲁纳“结构主义”和多尔“后现代主义”课程理论的有力支撑。同时,还离不开面向行业、企业和实务部门实际需求的应用型特色课程目标定位,构建“平台+模块化”的应用型特色课程体系以及对多元协同开发建设地方普通本科院校应用型特色课程的探索。
Although China has built the world's largest higher education system,the structural contradictions of higher education have become increasingly prominent.The most obvious manifestation is that the personnel training specifications and quality level are not compatible with economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to guide the transformation and development of local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.In leading the transformation and development of local universities,the key is to construct the application-oriented characteristic curriculum,which is not only guided by the spirit of educational policy,but also benefited from the strong support of Dewey's"Pragmatism",Bruner's"Structuralism"and Dole's"Post-modernism"curriculum theories.At the same time,it is also inseparable from the practical needs of industry,enterprises and practical departments of the application-oriented characteristic curriculum target positioning,the construction of"platform+modularization"of the application-oriented characteristic curriculum system and the exploration of multi-coordinated development and construction of local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities application-oriented characteristic curriculum.
