摘要
探讨短纤纱断裂强力计算模型预测的准确性。根据前期推导出的短纤纱断裂强力理论计算表达式,通过纺制不同线密度、不同捻系数的涤纶纱与粘胶纱,测试其断裂强力,并对该计算模型进行验证。计算和验证结果表明:当捻系数增加时,短纤纱断裂强力的计算值随着捻系数的增加升高至最高值而后发生下降,这与实测短纤纱断裂强力值的变化趋势是一致的;预测的单纱断裂强力与实测值误差总体小于10%。认为:该断裂强力计算模型具有较好的可靠性。
The prediction accuracy of staple fiber yarn breaking strength calculation model was discussed.According to the theorical computation expression derived for the staple fiber yarn breaking strength in the beginning,the calculation model was verified by spinning polyester yarn and viscose yarn with different linear density and different twist factor and testing their breaking strength.The calculation and verification results showed that the calculated value of staple fiber yarn breaking strength was increased to the maximum value and then decreased as the increase of twist factor. The change trend was consistent with the practical testing results of the staple fiber yarn breaking strength.The overall deviation between the predicted single yarn breaking strength with practical testing results was less than 10%.It is considered that the calculation model for breaking strength is quite reliable.
