摘要 国内部分新建水电站因建站年限较短、资料匮乏,制订中长期预报调度方案存在较大的困难。以泗南江水电站为研究背景,利用有限水文资料,采用时间序列中长期预报方法耦合动态规划优化调度方法的方式,制订可实时修正的中长期调度方案;并利用先进计算机技术,使用RESTful、JSON等技术研制灵活运算、交互方便的优化调度系统,使方案使用和实时调整更加便捷,完善了泗南江水电站中长期调度手段,可有效提高泗南江水电站发电效益。 In view of the shorter operation period of some newly built hydropower stations in China and the lack of data,it is difficult to formulate medium and long-term forecasting and dispatching schemes.Taking Sinanjiang Hydropower Station as the research object,the time series medium and long-term forecasting method coupled with dynamic programming optimization dispatching method is used to formulate a real-time correctable medium and long-term dispatching scheme based on limited hydrological data.The RESTful and JSON techniques are used to develop an optimal dispatching system with flexible calculation and convenient interaction,which makes the scheme more convenient to use and real-time adjust.The optimal dispatching system improves the medium and long-term dispatching means and the power generation benefits of Sinanjiang Hydropower Station.
