采用耦合消声器设计与进气歧管优化对车内声品质的改进 被引量:1

摘要 以某国产SUV为试验车,完成了以进气噪声调节车内声品质的研究。首先,对试验车驾驶员双耳位置的声音进行传递路径分解,找出发动机进气噪声对车内噪声的主要贡献频率,对此进行频率调节,完成了耦合消声器的设计。其次,对发动机进气噪声进行阶次调节,完成了进气歧管的结构优化。最后,搭建试验车发动机进气系统仿真模型,在验证仿真模型的基础上,采集优化进气系统后的进气噪声,并与其他振动噪声信号拟合出车内噪声信号,对车内噪声进行客观声品质参量评价。分析结果表明:基于传递路径分解对发动机进气噪声进行频率调节与阶次调节能改善车内声品质、增强车内听觉舒适性。 In this paper,a domestic SUV was used as an experiment vehicle to complete the study of improving the sound quality of the car with intake noise.Firstly,the noise at vehicle driver’s ears was decomposed by transfer path method.Based on the main contribution of the engine intake noise to the interior noise,the frequency of intake noise was adjusted and the design of the coupled muffler was completed.Secondly,the order of engine intake noise was adjusted by completing the optimization structure of intake manifold.Finally,the simulation model of the engine intake system of the test vehicle was built.On the basis of verifying the simulation model,the intake noise was collected after optimization,and the intake noise signal was fitted with other vibration and noise signals to simulate the noise inside the vehicle.The objective sound quality parameters of the noise were evaluated.The analysis results showed that based on the transfer path decomposition,the frequency adjustment and order adjustment of the engine intake noise can improve the sound quality of the car and enhance the comfort in the car.
