公私合作伙伴之间关系态度对项目绩效的影响研究——一个有中介的调节作用

Research on the Influence of Public-Private Partnerships’ Relational Attitudes on Project Performance:A Mediated Moderator Model

为保障在契约关系不足和政治、经济等环境不稳定的背景下PPP项目绩效目标的实现,基于关系契约和社会交换理论,通过多元统计回归分析,探讨公私合作伙伴之间关系态度对项目绩效的直接效应,关系行为的中介效应和外部环境不确定性的边界作用。实证结果表明:公私合作伙伴之间关系行为在关系态度对项目绩效的影响过程中发挥完全中介作用;外部环境不确定性负向调节关系态度与关系行为之间的关系,但外部环境不确定性与关系态度的交互作用不能通过关系行为负向影响项目绩效。

The objective of this study is to guarantee the realization of PPP project performance goals in the context of insufficient contractual relationship and unstable political and economic environment.A multivariate statistical regression analysis approach was utilized based on the relational contract and social exchange theories.The direct effect of public-private partnerships’relational attitudes on project performance,the mediating effect of relational behavior and the boundary effect of uncertainty of external environment were discussed.The results show that relational behavior fully mediates the effect of relational attitudes on project performance.The uncertainty of external environment negative moderates the relationship between relational attitudes and relational behavior.However,relational behavior cannot play a mediating role in the impact of the interaction between uncertainty of external environment and relational attitudes on project performance.
