孕妇血清维生素E、氧化应激损伤指标与子痫前期的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨孕妇血清维生素E、氧化应激损伤指标与子痫前期的相关性。方法2016年2月~2018年12月选择笔者医院住院分娩的子痫前期孕妇125例作为病例组,同期选择孕期健康和血压正常的孕妇125例作为对照组,检测两组的血清维生素E、糖脂代谢、氧化应激损伤指标,记录维生素E缺乏情况并进行相关性分析。结果病例组的FBG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的血清维生素E、T-AOC、MMP-9、PLGF含量都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的维生素E缺乏率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在病例组中,Pearson相关分析血清维生素E含量与FBG、TG、T-AOC、MMP-9、PLGF水平都呈现相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,FPG、T-AOC、MMP-9、PLGF为导致子痫前期孕妇维生素E缺乏的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期孕妇血清维生素E普遍呈现缺乏状态,可通过调控糖脂代谢、氧化应激等途径参与子痫前期的发生。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum vitamin E,oxidative stress injury index and preeclampsia in pregnant women.Methods From February 2016 to December 2018,Totally 125 case preeclampsia pregnant women who were hospitalized for delivery were selected as the case group.Totally 125 pregnant women with normal health and normal blood pressure were selected as the control group.The serum vitamin E,glycolipid metabolic and oxidative stress damage indicators were detected in the two groups.Recorded the vitamin E deficiency and were given correlation analysis.Results The levels of FBG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of vitamin E,T-AOC,MMP-9 and PLGF in the case group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vitamin E deficiency rates in the case group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the case group,Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum vitamin E content were correlated with the levels of FBG,TG,T-AOC,MMP-9 and PLGF(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that FPG,T-AOC,MMP-9 and PLGF were the main factors that affected vitamin E deficiency in pregnant women with preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum vitamin E in preeclampsia is generally in a state of deficiency.It can participate in the preeclampsia by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and oxidative stress.
