Cervical vertigo is mainly manifested as vertigo, head and neck pain, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, etc., which seriously affects people ’s quality of life. Professor Fan thinks that cervical vertigo is the syndrome of deficiency and excess, the disease is located in the head and neck and is related to liver and kidney, and the disease factors are mostly phlegm and blood stasis. Emphasis is placed on treatment in acute phase and remission phase, with emphasis on ascending and descending of qi-inducing phlegm retention and bl-ood stasis to descend, and ascending of body fluid and qi to glorify brain. The self-made cervical arthralgia vertigo prescription is made by combining Shengjiang powder with Zexie decoction. The prescription is precise and appropriate, and good effect is obtained in clinical application.
