胡小芳教授综合疗法治疗输卵管炎性不孕经验

Experience of Professor Hu Xiaofang in Treating Infertility due to Salpingitis with Comprehensive Therapy

近年来人工流产、药物流产和引产的年轻女性数量明显增加,造成输卵管炎症的发病率明显升高,输卵管炎性不孕已成为不孕夫妇生育难的主源头。胡小芳教授认为首要病机在于瘀热阻滞胞络,中西结合、内服外敷治疗以活血化瘀,清里通络,以助输卵管行使正常功能。笔者萃取胡小芳教授之经验,择其诊治之病因病机、遣方用药、临证思路等重点论述,并辅以其诊疗示例详以说明,与友享之。
