摘要
目的评价疏风解毒胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者炎症相关因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月就诊于我科的AECOPD患者120例。随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,两组均给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上口服疏风解毒胶囊。观察治疗后两组患者IL-8、TNF-a、CRP、PCT指标的变化情况,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后IL-8、TNF-a、CRP、PCT均较治疗前均有下降,与对照组相比,观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效显著,可明显降低IL-8、TNF-a、CRP、PCT水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the influences of Shufeng Jiedu capsule on the inflammation related factors for the patients in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods Approach it selected 120 cases of AECOPD patients receiving treatment in our department from January 2018 to December 2018. They were divided into the control group and observation group randomly, with 60 cases for each group. Both of the two groups received regular treatment and the experimental group took the Shufeng Jiedu capsule orally. The two groups of patients after treatment would be observed in terms of the changes of indicators IL-8,TNF-A, CRP and PCT and the clinical effects of the two groups would be compared. Results After the treatment, indicators of IL-8,TNF-a, CRP and PCT of the two groups of patients all declined compared with the status before treatment. Compared with the control group, the decline of observation group is more obvious(P<0.05). The overall clinical effective rate of the observation group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu capsule is effective in the treatment of AECOPD patients, being able to reduce the level of IL-8, TNF-a, CRP and PCT significantly. Therefore, it deserves the clinical promotion.
