基于六腑以通为用理论结合艾慈灸穴位贴敷对THA患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Magnetic Moxibustion Acupoint Application on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in THA Patients Based on the Theory of "Unblocked Transmission as Normal Functional State of Six Fu Organs"

目的在"六腑以通为用"的理论基础上,研究艾慈灸穴位贴敷对THA患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将108例全髋关节置换术(THA)患者通过随机对照的方式分为2组,每组54例,对照组给予骨科术后常规护理,实验组患者术后第1~3天分别予一贴艾慈灸(强效型)贴敷神阀穴,记录2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间(含肠鸣音恢复时间、术后第一次排气时间、术后第一次排便时间)及胃肠功能恢复评分,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组患者胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾慈灸穴位贴敷能促进THA患者胃肠功能恢复,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To study the effect of magnetic moxibustion acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in total hip arthroplasty(THA) patients based on the theory of "unblocked transmission as normal functional state of six fu organs".Methods 108 cases of THA patients through randomized into two groups, and each group had 54 cases. The control group was given the orthopaedic postoperative routine nursing, and the experimental group patients postoperative 1 ~3 days, respectively, was given magnetic moxibustion(powerful) on Shenque(RN8). Two groups of patients with postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time(including bowel sound recovery time, postoperative exhaust time, for the first time the first defecation time) and gastrointestinal function recovery scale was statistically analyzed. Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was faster than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Magnetic moxibustion acupoint application can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in THA patients and promote their early recovery.
