针刀配合扳法治疗粘连期肩周炎

Acupotomy Combined with Pulling Therapy in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder in Adhesion Period

目的探讨针刀配合扳法治疗粘连期肩周炎的疗效。方法对50例粘连期肩周炎患者进行针刀配合扳法治疗,观察疗效。结果本次治疗选取的50例患者中,治愈43例,占86.0%;显效5例,占10.0%;有效2例,占4.0%;无效0例。总有效率100%。结论针刀配合扳法治疗粘连期肩周炎具有疗效显著、安全性强、操作简便、易于被患者接受等特点,可以进行临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with pulling therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period. Methods 50 cases of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period were treated with needle knife combined with pulling method. The therapeutic effect was observed. Result 43 cases were cured, accounting for 86 %, 5 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 10%, 2 cases were effective, accounting for 4%, and 0 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate is 100%. Conclusion Acupotomy combined with pulling therapy has the characteristics of obvious curative effect, strong safety,simple operation and easy acceptance by patients in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period, which can be applied and popularized clinically.
