中医药抑制肿瘤侵袭转移的IL-8-EMT调控机制研究进展

Research Progress on Inhibition of Tumor Invasion and Metastasis by Traditional Chinese Medicine through IL-8-EMT Regulation

上皮间质转化(EMT)是肿瘤细胞侵袭与转移的关键步骤,现代研究发现白介素-8(IL-8)与EMT密切相关,其通过ERK、AKT、AKT1信号通路和IL-8/CXCR1信号轴参与EMT的进程。研究表明中医药能有效抑制肿瘤侵袭转移,近年来研究发现IL-8、EMT调控是中医药抑制肿瘤侵袭与转移的关键机制,中药干预不仅可以通过下调IL-8表达,而且还可以抑制甚至逆转EMT来抑制肿瘤的侵袭转移,更有研究证实中医药可以调控IL-8诱导下肿瘤EMT进程。

Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) is a key step in tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Recent studies indicated that interleukin-8(IL-8) is closely related to EMT, which affects the progression of EMT through the ERK, AKT, AKT1 signaling pathways and IL-8/CXCR1 axis. In recent years, clinical and experimental studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis. The latest researches found that IL-8 and EMT may be a key mechanism for TCM to inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis. TCM can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor not only by down-regulating IL-8, but also inhibiting or even reversing EMT to inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis. More studies have confirmed that TCM regulates IL-8-induced EMT of tumor.
