摘要
研究国家高等教育质量保障的发展,分析本科教学质量报告制度的特点与内涵,指出高等学校开展本科教学质量报告制度的必要性,不仅是提高教学质量的手段,也是学校自主办学的需求。探讨以此为契机的教学质量改进的途径,在加强专业质量评估过程化、完善学校内部多层级质量评估体系、增加第三方机构参与教学质量建设方面,开展与之相关的理论研究与实践探索。
This paper studies the development of national higher education quality assurance, analyzes the characteristics and content of undergraduate teaching quality reporting system, points out the necessity of carrying out undergraduate teaching quality reporting system, which is not only a means to improve teaching quality, but also a demand for self-sponsorship. This paper explores the ways to improve the quality of teaching, and conducts theoretical research and practical exploration, in strengthening the process of professional quality assessment, improving the multi-level quality evaluation system, and increasing the participation of third-party organizations in teaching quality construction.
