摘要
矿用通风机是现代化煤矿生产中的重要应用设备,但目前矿用通风机运行中耗电较为严重,实际耗电量在煤矿总耗电量中所占比例较大,给企业造成了较大的经济损失。因此,有必要开展矿用通风机的在线监控系统研究。从变频器在煤矿中的应用以及矿用通风机的结构组成、工作原理、在线监控系统设计、变频调速过程及抗干扰措施等方面对通风机在线监控系统进行了研究。
The mine ventilator is a kind of important application equipment in modern coal mine production,but at present,the power consumption of mine ventilator is more serious in operation,and the actual power consumption accounts for a large proportion in the total power consumption of coal mines,which causes a large economic loss to the enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on online monitoring system of mine ventilators.This paper studied the online monitoring system of mine ventilators from the aspects of the application of frequency converters in coal mines,as well as the structure,working principle,the design of online monitoring system,the process of frequency control and anti-interference measures of mine ventilators.
