摘要
将常村煤矿中央回风井中无法利用的煤矿乏风中所含极低浓度的瓦斯在人为环境下强制氧化,并对氧化产生的氧化热进行合理利用,通过余热锅炉产出高温高压的蒸汽与常规发电技术的对接,使瓦斯得到彻底的综合利用,实现煤矿循环经济的新飞跃,为同类型矿井的瓦斯利用提供借鉴与示范。
The extremely low concentration gas contained in the exhausted air in the central return air shaft of Changcun Coal Mine was forced to oxidize under the artificial environment,and the oxidation heat produced by the oxidation was reasonably utilized.Through the connection of high-temperature and high-pressure steam produced by HRSG and conventional power generation technology,the gas could be fully utilized,and the new leap of coal mine circular economy could be realized,which provides reference and demonstration for the gas utilization of the same type of coal mine.
