电流密度对CuCo/CNTs催化剂结构和催化性能的影响

摘要 为了探究不同电流密度对CuCo/CNTs催化剂结构及其对合成气制低碳醇反应中催化性能的影响,以碳纳米管为载体,以直流电沉积方法制备了一系列CuCo/CNTs催化剂,采用XRD (X射线粉末衍射)和BET (比表面积测定仪)对其进行表征,最后进行活性评价,得出最优电流密度为2.9 A/dm^2,且在电解温度50℃,电解时间30 min下制备的Cu Co/CNTs催化剂孔径分布均匀,活性组分高度分散,具有较高的CO转化率和醇选择性。反应条件是温度300℃,压力3 MPa,空速5 000 h^-1,H2转化的量/CO转化的量=2,此条件下CO转化率为34.2%,C3+醇含量为42.9%。 In order to investigate the effect of different current densities on the structure of CuCo/CNTs catalysts and their catalytic properties in the synthesis of lower alcohols from syngas,a series of CuCo/CNTs were prepared catalysts by direct current electrodeposition method using carbon nanotubes as a carrier.It was characterized by XRD(X-ray powder diffraction) and BET(N2 physical adsorption-desorption spectrometer),and finally evaluated for activity.The optimal current density is 2.9 A/dm^2,and the CuCo/CNTs catalysts prepared at the electrolysis temperature of 50 ℃ and the electrolysis time of 30 min has uniform pore size distribution,high active component dispersion,high CO conversion and alcohol selectivity.The reaction conditions temperature is 300 ℃,pressure is 3 MPa,a space velocity is 5 000 h^-1,and H2 conversion divided by CO conversion equals 2.Under these conditions,the CO conversion is 34.2%,and the C3+ alcohol content is 42.9 %.
