晋北煤业井底泵房火区治理中的防灭火技术应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 晋北煤业有限公司矿井小窑巷道采空区遗煤较多,特别是井底泵房区域的小窑巷道错综复杂,防灭火压力巨大。自2017年11月发现井底泵房火区以来,晋北煤业有限公司根据火区实际情况,采取了注氮、注液态CO2、封堵漏风巷道、火区注浆灭火治理等一系列技术措施,特别是应用钻套一体技术施工注浆钻孔,采用钻杆作为套管,直接穿透小煤窑巷道,便于灭火材料的灌注,大大缩短了治理时间,能很好地解决传统单一注浆模式下钻孔施工时间长、管路易堵塞、浆液覆盖差等问题。经过2018年的实践检验,该套治理技术效果良好,很好地完成了井底泵房火区治理,取得了良好效果,确保了矿井安全生产。 There is a lot of coal left in the goaf of small kiln roadway in Jinbei Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,especially in the area of pump house at the bottom of the shaft,which is complex and has a huge pressure of fire-fighting.Since the discovery of the fire area of the pump house at the bottom of the well in November 2017,Jinbei Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has taken a series of technical measures,such as nitrogen injection,liquid CO2 injection,sealing the air leakage tunnel,grouting and fire-fighting treatment in the fire area,especially the application of drilling and casing integrated technology in the construction of grouting holes,the use of drill pipes as casings,direct penetration of small coal mine tunnels,and the ease of fire-fighting material injection,greatly reducing the treatment time,which can solve the problems of long drilling time,easy to block pipeline and poor slurry coverage under the traditional single grouting mode.After the practice in 2018,the treatment technology effect is good,completes the fire area treatment of the pump house at the bottom of the well,achieves good results,and ensures the safe production of the mine.
