摘要 提出一套快速回撤综放工作面支架的新工艺,根据阳泉市燕龛煤炭有限责任公司的实际情况,针对性分析了支架快速回撤新工艺的应用。该工艺流程极大地节省了支架回撤的时间,提高了生产效率,同时从根本上避免了传统回撤工艺中可能出现的跑车、掉道等事故的发生,从而提高了煤矿的安全生产效益。 A new process for rapid withdrawal of support in fully mechanized caving face was put forward.According to the actual situation of Yangquan Yankan Coal Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzed the application of the new process of rapid support withdrawal.The process greatly saves the time of support withdrawal and improves the production efficiency.At the same time,it funda-mentally avoids the occurrence of derailing,falling off and other accidents that may occur in the traditional withdrawal process,so as to improve the safety production efficiency of the coal mine.
