摘要
“一带一路”建设如火如荼,我国与其他国家对沿线国家的直接投资持续增长,人才区域合作不断加强。本文在分析我国对“一带一路”沿线国家直接投资及其人才合作现状的基础上,进而提出当前区域人才合作存在文化差异大,人才供需不对称,高端人才缺乏与低技能人才管理困难等问题,最后就此问题提出设立自己的雇主品牌,推进人才互助,实施合理的激励机,推进人才共享网络平台建设等对策建议,以期促进新丝路建设与发展。
With the development and the continuing growth of foreign direct investment in the countries along the Belt and Road,the talent exchange and cooperation is being strengthened constantly.Based on the analysis of the status of Chinese FDI and talent exchange&cooperation,the thesis put forwards the problems of cultural differences,the asymmetry of the supply-demand for talents,lack of high-end talent,and management difficulty of common labor,and then present proposals on setting up employer brand,promoting mutual assistance in industries and talents demand,implementing reward systems and building talent-sharing network platform.
