财务分析课程改革方法与效果评价——以河海大学文天学院为例

Reform Method and Effect Evaluation of Financial Analysis Course:Taking Department of Economic Management of Wentian College of Hohai University as an Example

随着中国证券市场的快速发展,培养出具有综合财务分析能力的人才是高校目前亟需解决的问题。本研究提出了新的教学思路,从课前发放教学资料,采取全方位案例教学法,以及引入大赛机制等三个方面进行了教学改革。研究结果表明:教学改革取得了显著成效,得到了同学们的认可,在大赛中也取得了较好的成绩。

With the rapid development of China’s securities market, it is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to cultivate talents with comprehensive financial analysis ability. This paper puts forward a new teaching idea, and carries out the teaching reform from three aspects: distributing teaching materials before class, adopting the Omni-directional case teaching method, and introducing the contest mechanism.Questionnaire results show that the teaching reform has achieved remarkable results, has been recognized by the students, and has also achieved good results in the competition.
