The Effectiveness of Concentrated Practice Teaching of Tourism Major in Applied Undergraduate Universities——Questionnaire Survey and In-depth Interview of Teachers and Students Based on Suniversity

集中实践教学是旅游管理专业教学的重要组成部分,通过对S高校师生进行问卷调查和深度访谈,分析集中实践教学的满意度现状及其原因,针对集中实践教学过程中遇到的问题,提出要多渠道扩宽校企合作方式、不断调整优化集中实践教学内容、完善集中实践教学管理与评价的建议。

Centralized practice teaching is an important part of the teaching of tourism management specialty. Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with teachers and students in S universities, this paper analyses the present situation and reasons of satisfaction with centralized practice teaching. In view of the problems encountered in the process of centralized practice teaching, it is proposed to broaden the mode of school-enterprise cooperation through multiple channels, constantly adjust and optimize the content of centralized practice teaching, and improve the management and evaluation of centralized practice teaching.
