智慧图书馆语境下高校智慧馆员的发展研究探析

Research on university Smart Librarians’ Development under the Smart Library

将智慧馆员放在智慧图书馆建设的背景下,探究高校智慧馆员的发展之路。结合以往学者的研究经验,采用文献研究和文献分析的方法对智慧图书馆和智慧馆员的内涵加以阐释,并对高校智慧馆员当前所面临的发展困境加以梳理、分析,并在此基础上,指出智慧图书馆环境下高校智慧馆员应采取的5类发展途径。智慧图书馆建设是图书馆建设和发展的大势所趋。高校智慧馆员是智慧图书馆的重要组成部分,培养符合时代需要的合格智慧馆员队伍是一个系统而复杂的长期课题。

This paper places smart librarians in the background of smart library, and it researches the development ways of university smart librarians. Combined with the previous research experiences,this paper makes use of methods of literature research and analysis to introduce the connotation of smart library and smart librarians, and sorts out and analyzes the development embarrassment smart librarians face under the smart library, and then points out five development approaches smart librarians should take in the background of smart library.Smart library has already been the inevitable trend of library’s construction and development. University smart librarians is an important part of smart library, and to cultivate qualified smart librarian team is a systematical and complicated long-term project.
