痰热清注射液上市15年内研究现状分析

Analysis on the Research Status of Tanreqing Injection Applications in 15 Years

目的分析痰热清注射液上市15年的现状及不足。方法选用Sciverse Science Direct、Pubmed、Ebscore Medline、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库为资料来源,采用文献计量学方法,以2004年至2018年发表的"痰热清注射液"文献为研究对象,对文献基本特征、文献类型分布和临床应用等方面进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献3952篇,临床研究类、实验研究类、综述类、不良反应类、配伍类文献分别为3339篇、179篇、148篇、140篇、146篇。河南、广东、浙江省的研究位居前3名,《中国中医急症》是发表痰热清的核心刊物。用药领域以呼吸系统疾病为主,占临床研究文献的75.41%,其次是内科疾病(8.86%)和手足口病(4.82%)。1151篇自报联合用药,61.95%是与抗生素联合使用,3174篇采用静脉注射给药。结论痰热清注射液上市后引起广泛的关注,但是存在临床重复研究、基础研究薄弱等问题。今后应该加强基于临床真实世界证据的临床效应的研究,同时深入其化学成分研究,实现临床与基础的紧密结合,为痰热清的合理使用及下一步的研究提供借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the current status and shortcomings of Tanreqing Injection applications in 15 years.Methods:Sciverse Science Direct,Pubmed,Ebscore Medline,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database were used as data sources.The studies of Tanreqing Injection published from 2004 to 2018 were taken as the research object with bibliometric methods.The basic characteristics,type distribution and clinical application of the study were analyzed.Results:3952 articles were included,including 3339 clinical studies,179 experimental studies,148 reviews,140 adverse reactions and 146 compatibility studies.Henan province,Guangdong province and Zhejiang province were at the leading level.Journal of Emergency in Traditional Chinese Medicine is the core journal of Tanreqing Injection.The majority of this medication was used to treat respiratory disease(75.41%),followed by medical diseases(8.86%)and hand-foot-and-mouth disease(4.82%).There were 1151 self-reported drug combinations,61.95%of which were combined with antibiotics,and 3174 studies were given intravenously.Conclusion:Tanreqing Injection has attracted widespread attention since it came into the market,but there are some problems such as repeated clinical studies and weak basic research.In the future,we should strengthen the study of clinical effect based on real clinical evidence,deepen the study of chemical composition,and realize the close combination of clinical studies and basic studies,so as to provide references for its rational use.
