The Origin and Development of the Treatment for Chest Blocking and Heartache

胸痹心痛始于先秦两汉。仲景始立其名,创诸多治法,溯而求源,其病因病机纷繁错综,历代医家因地域、人文、学派、经验等因素,莫衷一是,治疗时各显神通,推陈出新,理论不断完善,治法不断丰富,为后世研究治疗开辟了康庄大道。本文从治法源流探析,依年代梳理,依法择之,纵横观之,着重论述寒凝心脉、火热乘心、痰浊痹阻、心血瘀阻、气滞心胸、气阴两虚、心肾阴虚及心阳不足8种类型胸痹心痛的历代医家治疗之法。胸痹心痛系内科体系一重要疾病,梳理其治则治法,对医家经验继承和创新大有裨益。

Beginning in the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,Zhang Zhongjing established the name and created many therapeutic methods of treatment for chest blocking and heartache.Trace to the source,the chest blocking and heartache have intricated and complicated causes and pathogenesis.For the difference of region,culture,school and experience,successive dynasties held diverse opinions,developed new theories,improved theories,and enriched the methods of treatment.They have opened-up the avenue of the treatment for later generations.This paper discusses eight types put forward by predecessors from the headstream,according to historical arrangement and specified type,which include cold congealing the heart vessel,fire-heat overwhelm the heart,phlegm-turbid block the chest,heart blood stasis,heart and chest Qi stagnation,dual deficiency of Qi and Yin,Yin deficiency of heart and kidney,and Yang deficiency of heart.As it is a common clinical disease,it’s profound to the inheritance and innovation of predecessors’experience to try to untangle and analyze these diverse therapies.
