摘要
本研究直接将危废飞灰加入废刻蚀液中,利用危废飞灰的强碱性有效处置废刻蚀液中的强酸性物质,同时使少量重金属形成沉淀达到稳定固化的目的。原子吸光度分析检测结果表明,与原飞灰相比,固化后产物的各种重金属含量均有所下降,而且重金属(总铬、六价铬、Cd、Cu、Ni)均未检出。该处置工艺降低了作业风险,极大地削减了处置成本,实现了资源化利用。因此,本文探索了直接向某电子厂的废刻蚀液加入危废飞灰的处置工艺。
In this study,the hazardous waste fly ash was directly added to the waste etching solution,and the strong alkalinity of the hazardous waste fly ash was used to effectively dispose of the strongly acidic materials in the waste etching solution,and at the same time,a small amount of heavy metals could be precipitated to achieve stable solidification.The results of atomic absorbance analysis showed that compared with the original fly ash,the contents of various heavy metals in the cured product decreased,and no heavy metals(total chromium,hexavalent chromium,Cd,Cu,Ni)were detected.The disposal process reduced operation risks,greatly reduced disposal costs,and realized resource utilization.Therefore,this paper explored the disposal process of adding hazardous waste fly ash directly to the waste etching solution of an electronics factory.
