摘要
钯因具有催化活性高的优点,被广泛应用于催化行业。但是,在使用过程中,其催化活性逐渐降低直至失效,失效催化剂的钯品位远高于自然界中的矿石,具有非常高的回收价值。本文通过开展浸出试验,研究了钯-氧化铝废催化剂的回收过程。结果表明,当溶液酸度为4 N,浸出温度为85~90℃,液固比为3∶1,时间为30 min,氯酸钠加入量为3%~4%时,钯的浸出率可以达到99.22%。
Palladium has the advantage of high catalytic activity,it is widely used in catalytic manufacture.However,during use,its catalytic activity gradually decreases until it fails.The palladium grade of the spent catalyst is much higher than that of ore in nature,and has very high recovery value.This paper studied the recovery process of spent Pd-Al2O3 catalyst by conducting leaching test.The results show that when the acidity of the solution is 4 N,the leaching temperature is 85~90℃,the liquid-solid ratio is 3∶1,the time is 30 minutes,and the sodium chlorate content is 3%to 4%,the palladium leaching rate can reach 99.22%.
