摘要 运行实践表明,大量已投运循环流化床(CFB)锅炉存在床温偏高的问题,不仅会增加二氧化硫及氮氧化物等环保指标达标排放难度,还易引起炉膛结焦等安全运行风险。为此,本文以某150 MW CFB锅炉为例,从床层压力、运行氧量、一次风量、二次风比例、炉内脱硫Ca/S等方面研究各运行参数与床温的对应关系,兼顾运行安全性与环保性,得出上述运行参数的合理运行范围,供运行人员参考。 The operation practice shows that a large number of CFB boilers have been put into operation with high bed temperatures,which will not only increase the difficulty of meeting environmental standards such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides,but also cause safety risks such as coke in the furnace.Therefore,taking a 150 MW CFB boiler as an example,this paper studies the corresponding relationship between the operating parameters and bed temperature from the aspects of bed pressure,operating oxygen,primary air volume,secondary air ratio,desulfurization Ca/S in the boiler,and gives consideration to the operation safety and environmental protection.The reasonable operating range of the above operating parameters is obtained for the reference of operators.
