摘要
河钢宣钢炼铁厂1#、2#360 m^2烧结机开、停机时产生较多的废烧结矿,造成一定的浪费和环境污染。本研究通过逐个精确测定配料仓小皮带开启下料时间、运行距离以及主皮带速度,使各配料仓小皮带顺延开启或停止时间相匹配,实现了精准配料。通过不断摸索,细化工艺技术操作,烧结生产开、停机时产生的废烧结矿量较以前大幅度减少,取得了较好的效果。
1#,2#360 m^2 sintering machine of HBIS Group Xuansteel Company produced more waste sintering ore when it was started and stopped,which caused some waste and environmental pollution.In this study,by accurately measuring the opening and unloading time,operating distance and main belt speed of the small belts of the batching bins one by one,the small belts of the batching bins were matched to extend the opening or stopping time to achieve accurate batching.Through continuous exploration and refinement of technological operations,the amount of waste sinters generated during sintering production start-up and shutdown has been greatly reduced compared to the past,and good results have been achieved.
