摘要
本文运用随机前沿生产函数测度模型,对1998-2017年全国31个省级行政区的农业生产技术效率进行测算。研究发现,我国农业生产技术效率的均值为0.782,化肥技术效率为0.57,两者分别呈现东部>中部>西部和中部>东部>西部的非平衡格局。针对不同地区化肥投入过度问题,本文提出加大财政支出、科技投入、加强劳动力资本积累、发挥地区优势等措施。
This paper use the stochastic frontier production function model was used to calculate the technical efficiency of agricultural production in 31 provinces from 1998 to 2017.It is found that the average technical efficiency of agricultural production in China is 0.782,which is significantly higher in the eastern region than in the central and western regions.In view of the problem of excessive fertilizer investment in different regions,this paper puts forward measures such as increasing financial expenditure,science and technology investment,strengthening labor capital accumulation and giving play to regional advantages.
