基于Shapley值法的棉花产业联盟利益分配关系研究

Cotton Industry Alliance Based on Shapley Value Method Research on the Relationship of Interest Distribution

棉花产业联盟通过资源整合实现分摊植棉成本、降低市场风险,增加供应链利润,解决当前植棉成本增加、价格波动幅度大等问题。确保棉花产业联盟稳定的关键在于利益的合理分配。本文以棉农、合作社和轧花厂为主要研究对象,通过典型调查获得数据,运用成本收益理论和Shapley值法对棉花产业联盟利益分配现状进行分析。结果表明:当前棉花流通体制中棉农的收益没有显著增加,轧花厂获得棉花供应链大部分利益。由此,基于不同经营主体的贡献程度运用Shapley值法测算1kg棉花在各主体间的利润分配情况,为促进棉花产业稳定发展、优化棉花供应链利益格局提出对策及建议。

Through resource integration,cotton industry alliance can share cotton planting cost,reduce market risk,increase supply chain profit,alleviate current problems such as increasing cotton planting cost and large price fluctuation.The key to ensure the stability of cotton industry alliance lies in the reasonable distribution of benefits.In this paper,cotton farmers,cooperatives and ginners as the main research objects,through the typical survey data,using the cost-benefit theory and Shapley value method to analyze the current situation of benefit distribution of cotton industry alliance.The results show that the income of cotton farmers does not increase significantly in the current circulation system of cotton,and most of the benefits of supply chain are obtained by ginners.Based on this result,Shapley value method is used to calculate the profit distribution of one kilogram of cotton among different business entities based on the contribution degree of different business entities,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the stable development of cotton industry and optimizing the benefit pattern of cotton supply chain.
