摘要
双筒式分离器是长庆气田集气站中常用的一种卧式设备,它由上下两个容器组成,容器之间设有连通管实现互通,其主要用于原料天然气的气液分离。近几年来,长庆气田部分开发区块的天然气及采出水中H2S、CO2和Cl-等腐蚀性组分含量呈上升趋势,导致双筒式分离器腐蚀情况不断加剧,严重影响设备的安全运行和使用寿命。通过将双筒式分离器下部容器材质由碳钢更换为双相不锈钢,以及调整连通管间距、增设检修手孔等方式,对双筒式分离器进行了优化改进,经过2年的现场试验验证,设备的耐腐蚀性能得到明显的提升,有效地延长了双筒式分离器的使用寿命。
The double cylinder separator is a commonly used horizontal equipment in the gas gathering station of Changqing Gas Field.It consists of two vessels,which are connected with each other by connecting pipes.Its function is the gas-liquid separation of raw natural gas.In recent years,the contents of corrosive components such as H2S,CO2 and Cl-in natural gas and produced water in some development blocks of Changqing Gas Field are increasing,which leads to an increase in corrosion of double cylinder separator and seriously affects the operation safety and service life of equipment.By changing the material of bottom vessel of double cylinder separator from carbon steel to duplex stainless steel,adjusting the distance between connecting pipes and adding maintenance hand holes,the double cylinder separator is optimized and improved.After two years of field test and verification,the corrosion resistance of equipment has been significantly improved and the service life of double cylinder separator has been effectively prolonged.
