摘要
本文针对国际海事组织(IMO)目前正在制定的第二代完整稳性衡准中的骑浪/横甩稳性失效模式展开了研究,详细阐述了最新的衡准草案规范并编制了计算程序。在此基础上,以一条远洋渔船为例,开展了静水阻力拖航试验,研究了规范中所涉及的输入参数对于衡准校核结果的影响,包括静水阻力、螺旋桨推力系数等。结果表明,静水阻力数据对于校核结果的影响很大,而螺旋桨推力系数等的影响则较小。本研究对于IMO确立该衡准规范具有参考价值,对于船舶设计人员也有一定的指导意义。
This paper focuses on the second generation intact stability criteria of surf-riding/broaching failure mode under drafting by the International Maritime Organization(IMO),and elaborates the detailed assessment procedure of latest draft regulation to develop a numerical code.Then,taking a purse seiner as the example,the calm water resistance model towing test is performed,and influence of the input parameters on the stability evaluation result is studied,including calm water resistance,propeller thrust coefficients and so on.It is shown that the calm water resistance has large influence on the result while other parameters only have secondary effect.This study can provide some guidance for IMO to finalize the new generation regulation,and for ship designers to cope with the new regulation.
