新媒体环境下高职校园文化育人模式研究

Research on Campus Culture Talent Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under New Media Environment

基于校园文化的内涵及基本特征,分析了新媒体对高职校园文化的影响,提出高职校园文化主体应充分认识校园文化本质特征、新媒体特点及由新媒体文化带来的校园文化新走向;针对高职校园文化的特性,从坚持主导与多元相统一、传承与创新相统一、管理与自律相统一三个方面,建构“开放融合,多元互动”的高职校园文化育人模式,为实现校园文化育人功能营造良好的校园文化氛围和新媒体文化生态。

Based on the connotation and basic characteristics of campus culture,this paper analyzes the influence of new media on the higher vocational campus culture,and puts forward that campus cultural subjects of higher vocational colleges should fully understand the essential characteristics of campus culture,the characteristics of new media and the new trend of campus culture brought about by the new media culture.In view of the characteristics of campus culture,higher vocational colleges should construct campus culture talent education mode,namely“openness,integration and pluralist interaction”from three aspects of sticking to the unity of dominance and pluralism,adhering to the unity of inheritance and innovation,and insisting on the unity of management and self-discipline,which serves to create good campus culture atmosphere and new media culture ecology for realizing campus culture talent education purpose.
