摘要 基于文献研究和扬州市职业大学中外合作办学的实践,分析了中外合作办学面临的挑战,进而从以学生为主体,提升学生获得感的问题意识出发,明确人才培养方案定位,提出以定位为驱动的人才培养方案设计思路:在校本基础上开展全方位可行性调研,以本土化为导向夯实国内培养环节,以金融创新助力中外合作办学,以双证机制提升学生就业竞争力,对国内就业学生定向开展职业指导。 Based on the literature research and the practice of sino-foreign cooperation in running Yangzhou Polytechnic College,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by sino-foreign cooperation in running a school.From the perspective of taking students as the main body and improving the awareness of students’acquisition,it clarifies the orientation of talent cultivation program,and puts forward the design idea of talent cultivation program driven by orientation:carrying out all-round feasibility research based on school,strengthening the domestic cultivation with localization as the guidance,assisting sino-foreign cooperation with financial innovation as the driving force,establishing a dual certificate mechanism to enhance the competitiveness of students in employment and providing professional guidance for domestic students in employment.
