摘要
葫芦巴属一年生豆科草本植物,主要成分为半乳甘露聚糖、皂苷类、黄酮类、葫芦巴碱及4-羟基异亮氨酸等,还含有丰富的蛋白质以及维生素等成分,具有促生长、降血糖和血脂、抗氧化、抗炎及增强机体免疫力等多种生物学功能。本文主要回顾了葫芦巴的应用进展,介绍了葫芦巴的生物学功能及其在畜牧生产中的应用。
Fenugreek is an annual leguminous herb with the main components of galactomannan,saponin,flavonoids,trigonelline and 4-hydroxyisoleucine and rich in protein and vitamins.Fenugreek has many biological functions such as improve growth performance,hypoglycemic,hypocholesterolemic,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and enhance immunity.This article mainly reviewed the application progress of fenugreek and introduced the biological function of fenugreek and its application in livestock and poultry production.
