摘要
构建了序参量评价指标体系和基于序参量的多层矿体开采协同度测度模型。运用该测度模型,评价了多层矿体开采的协同程度,得出预控顶中深孔多层矿混合开采资源-技术-经济的协同度为0.661,矿岩梯段分采分充连续推进采矿法的协同度为0.766。结果表明,矿岩梯段分采分充连续推进采矿法具有很高的协同度,矿山处于协同发展状态。矿岩梯段分采分充连续推进采矿法中资源、技术、经济分量的有序度分别为1、0.615、1,技术分量有序度偏低,应该通过提高管理水平、提高生产能力和采矿功效、降低采切比,进一步提高开采协同度。
The index evaluation system of order parameter and the synergy measurement model of multi-layer mining based on order parameter are established.The synergy degree of multi-layer mining is evaluated by application of this model,which indicates that the synergy degree of pre-control top and deep hole multi-layer ore resource and technology and economics of mixed mining is 0.661 and the synergy degree of rock bench sub-drifting and sublevel fill stoping of continuous propulsion mining method is 0.766.The result shows that the synergy degree of rock bench sub-drifting and sublevel fill stoping of continuous propulsion mining is the highest.According to the scale of synergetic degree value,the mine is in a state of synergetic development with high synergetic degree.The weight of synergy degree of the resource and technology and economics is respectively 1,0.615,1 in rock bench sub-drifting and sublevel fill stoping of continuous propulsion mining process,the weight of technology is a bit low,which can be enhanced by improving the management level and production capacity and mining efficacy and reducing mining-cutting ratio.
