摘要
饲料行业在农业全产业链中处于基础地位,在农业现代化发展中起到了至关重要的作用。饲料企业人力资源绩效管理的不足制约了饲料企业的转型发展。在胜任力模型视角下,结合饲料企业经营现状,将饲料企业发展目标与员工品质特征结合起来,并针对胜任力特征对员工工作绩效进行管理,根据饲料企业岗位需要对员工品质特征进行培养,有助于员工提升其岗位胜任力和绩效考核水平,更有助于饲料企业实现转型发展。
Feed enterprise is an important part of agricultural industry chain,which plays an important role in the development of agricultural modernization.The lack of human resource performance management in feed enterprises restricts the transformation and development of feed enterprises.From the perspective of competency model,combined with the current situation of feed enterprises,the development goals of feed enterprises were combined with the quality characteristics of employees,and the work performance of employees was managed according to the competency characteristics,and the quality characteristics of employees were cultivated according to the post needs of feed enterprises,which was helpful for employees to improve their post competency and performance evaluation level,and more helpful for feed enterprises to realize transformation type development.
