摘要
查找排放来源,按照类型对其造成的空气污染和危害进行分析,并就排放衡准和减排实施的难点进行研究。借鉴发达国家的治理经验,基于MARPOL公约、CAR法规及我国陆上油气生产设施的排放标准,对符合我国国情和海上设施特殊工况要求的减排措施和排放衡准提出了建议。研究成果对今后行业的节能减排标准制定具有参考意义。
Source of air emission from offshore oil and gas production facilities is analyzed.learning from developed countries in the experience of air pollution and referring CAR rules,MARPOL convention and both international and domestic onshore standards for oil and gas production facilities emission,atmospheric pollution prevention measures and technical criterion are supplemented for the offshore facilities,which has significant reference to revising related standards for the future.
