摘要
并联分支管在工程中有广泛的应用。流体在并联分支管内的流量分配会影响设备运行的经济性和安全性。论文基于绥中区域某水处理平台并联斜板除油器,建立了5种不同配管形式的并联分支管计算模型,通过Fluent软件数值模拟得到各模型的速度场及压力场,分析入口流速对并联分支管流量分配效果的影响,得到了分配效果较好的配管形式,可为工程设计提供参考。
Parallel branch manifolds are widely used in engineering.Flow distribution of fluid between branches will affect operational economy and safety of the equipment.Based on parallel inclined plate precipitation deoil devices on a production water treatment platform at Sui Zhong area,five forms of parallel branch manifolds with different piping configurations are considered.Velocity and pressure distribution for each manifold is obtained through numerical simulation with the software Fluent.Influence of inlet velocity on the flow distribution between parallel branch manifolds is analyzed,and the piping form with better distribution of flow rate is obtained.The results may provide some reference for engineering design.
