5G主要面向三大应用场景,将会带来更多垂直行业的业务创新,同时5G也将促进运营商商业模式的创新以驱动新的增长和可持续发展。文章从5G的技术、客户及业务变革入手,分析5G可能带来的商业模式变革,并对未来三种主要商业模式进行阐释,提出电信运营商5G商业模式创新的主要建议。

5G is mainly for three major application scenarios,and will bring more business innovations in vertical industries.At the same time,5G will also promote the innovation of operators'business models to drive new growth and sustainable development.This paper starts with introducing 5G technology,customer and business transformation,then analyzes the business model changes that 5G may bring,explains the three major business models in the future,and puts forward the main suggestions for the 5G business model innovation of telecom operators.
